Racism

Covert or indirect racism expresses racist ideas or attitudes in disguised forms. These are practices and beliefs that are subtle, hidden or secret.

This type of racism doesn't appear to be racism, as it is shown by indirect behaviour and so it is often unchallenged.

Covert racism is the most common form of racism in our society today as overt racism is considered politically incorrect.
